Project Settings contains shared configuration used across project workflows. The current Policy section stores reusable company and commercial policy information.

Browse policies

The policy table lists configured records and their identifying information. Open an edit action to update a policy or select Add Policy to create one.

Add a policy

Complete the available company, address, contact, and policy fields. Use structured, approved wording and confirm the record before saving.

Policies can include organisational details and reusable terms required by supported project documents.

Edit a policy

Update the policy when approved details change. Review any generated or active documents that may still contain earlier wording.

Delete a policy

Deletion requires confirmation and cannot be undone from the interface. Check that the policy is not needed for current workflows or historical reference.

  • Give each policy a clear purpose.
  • Avoid duplicate policies with slightly different wording.
  • Record changes through your organisation’s approval process.
  • Review policy content on a regular schedule.
  • Restrict edit permission to authorised roles.
Why can I view policies but not change them?+

Your role has view access but not the create, update, or delete permission. A super administrator can update the role’s API permissions.
