User Profiles
Invite internal users, maintain account details, and manage access status.
User Profiles is the directory for people who work inside your Modora workspace. It shows each user’s designation, reporting manager, role, status, activity, and invitation state.
Find a user
Search for a user by name or use the status filter to switch between active and inactive accounts. Clear the filters to return to the default list.
Add a user
Select Add User, then enter the person’s account and organisation details.
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name, email, and phone | Identifies and contacts the user |
| Department and designation | Places the user in the organisation |
| Reports to | Defines their reporting relationship |
| Role | Controls permissions and module access |
| Start date and location | Completes the internal profile |
After creation, Modora sends an invitation when the configured onboarding flow requires it.
Invitation status
The table shows whether an invitation was sent or completed. Open the user record to update details or resend an eligible invitation.
Edit or deactivate a user
Select a user row or edit action to update their profile. Use inactive status when someone should no longer use the workspace but their historical work must remain attributable.
Super administrators can perform additional account-management actions where enabled.
Recommended offboarding
- Review the user’s active project assignments.
- Transfer ownership where required.
- Confirm outstanding approvals and timesheets.
- Mark the account inactive.
- Keep the record for historical attribution.
Why can’t I add or edit a user?+
Viewing User Profiles and managing users are separate permissions. Ask a super administrator to review the API permissions assigned to your role.
